Dumfriesshire East Community Benefit Group (DECBG) is seeking an experienced Community Officer to work collaboratively with the smaller communities of east Dumfriesshire.
You will be interested in the idea of developing a more sustainable future for the communities, have a degree (or relevant employment experience) and be interested in people, the environment and rural life of this area.
You will be a good communicator (both written and verbal) and have experience of putting together project proposals, completing grant applications and seeing projects through to successful completion.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
The postholder will be employed by Southern Uplands Partnership (SUP) on behalf of Dumfriesshire East Community Benefit Group (DECBG).
