Wild Land Area eco-museum

SUP’s Wild Land Area Project Lead, Donald Greig, has recently announced a new digital ‘ecomuseum’ covering the communities of Moffat, Tweedsmuir, Ettrick and Yarrow and the connecting valleys. An Ecomuseum is derived from the French ‘écomusée’, describing a community-based approach to preserving and promoting the heritage and culture of an area and can be everything from photographs and artefacts to personal accounts and remembered stories. If you have something you would like to share with the museum, please make contact with Donald at ecomuseum@btinternet.com
